During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2020, Fresenius Kabi India Pvt. Ltd., a leading pharmaceutical company, faced a critical emergency — one of their primary DG sets failed, jeopardizing continuous operations at their Pune manufacturing facility. Given the nature of pharmaceutical production and the need for 24/7 power supply to support quality control labs and critical systems, immediate backup power was crucial.
Prakash Electricals & Power Solution (PEPS) responded promptly by deploying a customized mobile DG set solution under its On-Road Generator Fleet Service. The project demanded not just generator deployment but also live load synchronization with the client’s existing infrastructure — all during a time of restricted movement and health safety concerns
