HiMedia Laboratories Ltd., a global name in microbiology and biotechnology manufacturing, required an advanced and uninterrupted power backup system to support its sensitive laboratory operations and high-capacity production lines. The solution demanded synchronized high-capacity generator units capable of automatic load management and rapid transition in case of grid failure.
Prakash Electricals & Power Solution (PEPS) was chosen to execute this highly technical and time-sensitive project, combining heavy-duty DG sets, state-of-the-art synchronization panels, and custom-designed safety mechanisms — all under stringent performance and installation standards.

Supply & Installation of Generator Sets
Supplied 2 x 1000 kVA diesel generator sets from PEPS’s owned DG fleet, each mounted on reinforced base frames and fully integrated for synchronization operation.
Delivered to client site on PEPS-approved transportation setups with in-house handling and mounting precision.
Custom Vehicle-Mounted Synchronization Panel
Designed and installed a vehicle-mounted synchronized AMF panel configured for auto operation.
The panel featured a 3200 A output ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) for maximum safety and protection during high current flow.
Integrated automatic mains failure (AMF) and auto-start logic with GSM-based alert systems for real-time monitoring.
Advanced Cable Laying & Termination
Laid 48 cables in total, comprising 12 runs of 150 sq.mm single-core XLPE armored cables per phase for synchronized output.
Each cable was routed and terminated professionally up to 75 feet distance, ensuring full load capacity transfer with minimal loss.
End connections were sealed and tested for load, insulation, and continuity.
Panel Integration & Load Synchronization
Carried out precise programming for auto load-sharing and seamless power transition between both 1000 kVA DGs.
Conducted live testing under simulated load transfer to verify real-time response, bypass mode, and individual generator takeover.
